How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your trial begins after email verification and lasts 14 days. No card is required, and you will not be charged automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your records remain available to view, but changes are restricted unless you have an active subscription. There is no automatic charge. Contact TrimTech to discuss continued access.
How do employees get access?
Your manager sets up or approves access and sends an invitation to your registered email address. Employees use their business-specific portal and their own sign-in credentials.
Can we use Staff Manager on mobile?
Yes, use the manager dashboard and employee portal in a mobile browser. GPS clock-in requires location permission and an available location signal.
What if an employee forgets their password?
Ask your manager to send a password reset invitation to your registered email address. Follow the secure email link to create a new password.
